Daniel and his friends end their escape underground in the City. They find themselves in a secret bunker among a group of people who are hiding there for purely personal reasons. It is practically impossible to leave, and living together brings new and new problems.

Meanwhile, in the City, the Health and Happiness Guards are declaring more quarantine zones. It's only a matter of time before they take over the entire metropolis. But no one wants to heed the warning...
